I’ve been registered since May 2014, having completed the three year Registered Massage Therapy program. My background is in Science & Nutrition at UBC. I’ve completed Myofascial Strain Release, Osteopathic Techniques and Visceral Manipulation, foam rolling techniques, an Integrated treatment Approach to the Cervical Spine & Shoulder Complex, and most recently evidence based Pain Science for Chronic Pain Management.

I am passionate about manual lymphatic drainage as a treatment style and incorporate these methods into all my sessions.
